These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our landscape design, lawn maintenance, irrigation, and hardscaping services in the Bradenton, Florida area.

2. Services

Cruz Landscaping Service, Inc. provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to:

• Landscape design and installation
• Lawn maintenance and care programs
• Irrigation system installation and repair
• Hardscaping, patios, and outdoor living spaces
• Tree and shrub trimming and removal
• Seasonal cleanups and property maintenance

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on property conditions, seasonal factors, and project scope. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Estimates & Pricing

We provide free estimates for all landscaping projects. Please note:

• All estimates are based on the information provided and an on-site assessment of the property.
• Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from the initial estimate due to unforeseen conditions such as soil quality, drainage issues, or hidden obstacles.
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
• A signed agreement or written approval is required before any work begins.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. General payment policies include:

• A deposit may be required for larger projects before work commences.
• Recurring maintenance services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date unless other arrangements have been made.
• Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
• We accept checks, credit cards, and electronic bank transfers.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. For ongoing maintenance contracts, a 30-day written notice is required to terminate the agreement.

6. Warranty & Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work:

• All landscape installations include a 1-year plant warranty, provided the client follows our recommended watering and care instructions.
• Hardscaping work is warranted for 2 years against structural defects under normal use.
• Irrigation system installations carry a 1-year warranty on parts and labor.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by severe weather events, neglect, or third-party interference.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cruz Landscaping Service, Inc. is fully licensed and insured. However, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of property value or business interruption. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions on the property that were not disclosed prior to the start of work.

8. Property Access & Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide reasonable access to the work area on scheduled service days.
• Ensure pets are secured and personal items are removed from the work area.
• Disclose the location of underground utilities, sprinkler lines, or other hidden features.
• Obtain any necessary permits or HOA approvals required for the project (we can assist with this process).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Cruz Landscaping Service, Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent. Landscape designs created by our team remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

10. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.
• Submit false or misleading information through our contact or estimate request forms.
